Publication of Model Terms of Reference for Forest Ecosystem Services in Spanish

The Climate Parliament is pleased to announce the publication of the Spanish translation of the toolkit on Forest Ecosystem Services which has been written particularly for members of parliament from forest nations.
The model Terms of Reference (ToR) that had been developed by Sanjay Kumar – our India Director – as a result of our hearing in Costa Rica is now translated into Spanish and available to legislators from tropical forest nations in Latin America.
The purpose of this toolkit that looks at best practices in forest management is to help legislators initiate an expert review and develop legislation on incentives for forest conservation, development and sustainable management.
